My nostril wings are a bit uneven, and my nostrils are uneven too.. I had alar reduction + septal cartilage (nasal tip) + nasal bridge (silicone).. It feels like one side of the nostril wing was incised a little moreㅡㅡㅡㅡㅠㅠ Even the doctor there looked at it and said, “The symmetry is off..”; seriously, what should I do.. My nose was originally a bit crooked, but it was low, so I didn’t know it was crooked. But now that it’s higher, it looks crooked. I met my friends, and they all pointed out the nostril wing.. that part It doesn’t seem like swelling, because it’s already all gone down.. Is revision surgery the only option.. Even if I try not to care, when other people look at my face and think that.. People around me had it done at the same clinic and theirs turned out well..;;
