I went to 5 consultations, and putting the opinions together, my eyes have severe tear troughs, my under-eye area is hollow, and they said my satisfaction would be about 50% with repositioning alone. It seems like the issue is whether to get rid of the tear troughs but end up with under-eye hollowness, or to do fat grafting together and raise satisfaction. Has anyone here done fat grafting together with lower blepharoplasty..? Where did they place it? They said fat grafting into the pocket inside the septum has fewer side effects, but I’m curious about reviews ㅠㅠㅠ And has anyone had it done at ㅇㅁㄷ (nuts)? Is there really no swelling?? I’m also curious how that’s possible ㅠ I want to avoid fat grafting, but if it’s essential for my eyes, I want to do it somewhere good... where would that be.. After going to consultations, I’m even more confused

여름열매00 The costs were all really different, but if you do fat grafting, I think it was usually close to 2 million won! I wasn’t considering fat grafting, so I don’t remember the cost well ㅠ
우리집고양이야옹 Try fat grafting once, your satisfaction will probably be high I didn’t do it at ㅇㅁㄷ and I didn’t do fat grafting either, but the thing I think I did best was lower blepharoplasty
