Mongolian fold after lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning

They say that if you get lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, the Mongolian fold can become stronger. Actually, even at the first hospital I went to for a consultation, I heard that the Mongolian fold could become strongerㅠ My Mongolian folds are already very strong now, but what do they call the front part, that red part? Since it tends to show, I didn’t get epicanthoplasty when I first had double eyelid surgery. I do feel some regret that it’s too natural, but it suits my face reasonably well, so I’ve been satisfied with it. But I don’t think my Mongolian folds can get any stronger than this, you know? And I also have some regret that my double eyelid line has come down from an in-out line to an inline. I’m scared that my Mongolian folds will get stronger after lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, so I’m thinking of doing a slight epicanthoplasty just to remove the Mongolian folds. Would that be possible?
