It was the first place I visited among my list of plastic surgery clinics, so I had no thoughts in my head + was in a blank state + it had been a long time since a cosmetic surgery consultation so I was nervous and couldn't ask many questions = I think I spent more time with the consultant ㅜㅜ The doctor seemed to leave after less than 5 minutes of consultation..? I think there was a very robotic feeling. No pressure to book at all. Since it's originally a hospital that does a lot of consultations and surgeries for rhinoplasty, I don't think they'll have any regrets. The doctor said the semi-saddle-nose-like photo I showed looked too artificial, and that it would be better to reduce the curve of the nasal tip a bit more. After hearing it, it seemed right. The consultation time was short, but I felt like they knew exactly what kind of nose I wanted..? I emphasized a round + lovely nose. They told me that in my case, the columella actually protrudes too much, so the columella needs to be raised more. When I said I didn't like a columella that looks too knife-cut, they seemed to understand right away. For dermis, I thought they would use autologous dermis from my buttocks, but since they'll use dermis while newly harvesting costal cartilage, I think it's good that there won't be a need to cut another separate area. They said swelling care is provided free of charge every time I visit the hospital. + sleep sedation
