Ah.. I'm anxious... My nose had septal cartilage, silicone, cartilage tying, and osteotomy.. I looked in the mirror and on the nasal tip, can you see above the arrow? Something like that is protruding... I attached it in the first photo.. It doesn't hurt... Maybe because I'm worrying about it, sometimes it feels like it stings a little...
