My nose is long because of the extension, and originally I didn’t have an upturned nose either. It was extended a lot.
My nose is a bit droopy now.. The ear cartilage shows through, and my right nostril is blocked too..
At the hospital where I originally had it done, they said they want to shorten the long septal extension they made
and leave just a little so that only the cartilage tied at the nasal tip can remain.
Otherwise, they said my nose would become too low.... They said they could remove everything though.
They would also remove as much of the ear cartilage as possible without causing skin depression, and remove the silicone..
My original nose was a bulbous nose, with a low bridge, and the tip was blunt but relatively high compared to the bridge.
I’m debating whether it would be better to remove everything... or leave a little bit of the septum..ㅠ
