Please look over my nose revision surgery list (Another, D-Day, Gonggan, Lo…

From the list, D-Day is okay. The director there has good aesthetic sense. This week I'm going for a consultation with Director Kim Dae-hwa at ID, and I'm thinking of going here too!!

Among the clinics listed, I've heard of Gonggan a lot!

I went for a consultation at Begin, and I liked that the director's consultation was long and detailed!! The cases they showed me were all natural-glam straight-with-slight-curve lines too haha. If it's a place you like, start by going around for consultations!!

[@Wonyoung Cherry] Did the D-Day line come out well? Is it a glamorous line?

[@Sohiyat] It's still swollen, so it's a bit hard to say this or that yet, but I don't like a glamorous look, so I asked them to make the nasal tip rounded, and I think that part was reflected well!

[@Wonyoung Cherry] You haven't had the splint removed yet, right?

[@Sohiyat] Yeah, I'm getting the splint off next week~! I had the cotton removed today ㅠㅎ

[@Wonyoung Cherry] I'm curious. What other clinics did you look at? I'm also looking at Another because the lines are pretty, but are the D-Day reviews not Pinocchio-like?

[@Sohiyat] I went to RU, Limited, Between, Jeongseok, and D-Day, and by my standards I completely filtered out clinics with glamorous linesㅋㅋㅋ

[@Wonyoung Cherry] A natural-glam straight-with-slight-curve line is nice, but I wonder if it might droop later. At first I didn't get greedy, and when it drooped later, I was worried the nasal tip would droop again ㅠㅠㅠ This time I'm going to ask for overcorrection.

[@Sohiyat] I also did a straight-to-curved line and made the nasal tip rounded! If it’s pointy, would the drooping show more easily..?ㅠ That’s why I also used autologous costal cartilage, since it was revision surgery tooㅠ

It seems like you could bring photo 1 and ask them to make it the same..? The line is prettyㅠ Lowell also fixes the nasal tip firmly; if you want to keep it from drooping, I think you’ll need to consider autologous costal cartilage tooㅜㅜ

[@Sohiyat] I think raising the line only about that much would be enough!! But during your first surgery, did the hospital decide to use things like mesh?? It’s a material that isn’t used often, but you don’t have any inflammation or anything, right??ㅜㅠ If not, that’s at least a relief

[@] Yeah, at the first hospital the trend was that they didn’t use silicone. It was also a plastic surgery clinic someone my parents knew worked with, so when I had surgery I didn’t really know much and just did it. I liked the line and everything was good, but the nasal tip drooped too much ㅠㅠ so I’m going to use autologous costal cartilage ㅠㅠㅠ

[@Sohiyat] Ahh, then that’s a relief. Autologous costal cartilage leaves some scarring afterward too, so I recommend getting scar care as well.. You can’t do a pig nose, but still, if you hate the nasal tip dropping, rib cartilage is betterㅠ

Director Yoon at Log is good at correcting a dropped nasal tip. I think you have a concern similar to mine, and he looked carefully at the design so that the line that looked like a straight line because the nasal tip had dropped could look like a straight-to-curved line again...

I think you made a good list..! Decide carefully~ I think Plli looks okay, so I’m planning to go there for a consultation..!

Here’s another person looking at Plli and Another... Some of the Log reviews are my style too.. Narrowing down the list is seriously the hardestㅠ

How long after using donated costal cartilage was that photo taken? How fast is the absorption? I should also look into autologous costal cartilage ㅜㅜ I’ve also heard of Plli and D-Day for autologous costal cartilage
