During my first surgery, I had L-shaped silicone + cartilage, and because my nasal tip drooped, I had a revision. But seriously, they made it look like Pinocchio, like they had pulled my nasal tip waaaay out ㅠㅠ I cried as soon as I saw it, and I really had the nasal tip lowered again after just 2 weeks, but it was still high;;; Now that the hellish 6 months have passed, I’m planning to get another revision. But I had surgery with donated rib cartilage, and the donated rib cartilage is so hard. Every time I make facial expressions, that feeling of the center being tightly fixed feels so artificial, so I want to switch to septal cartilage. Does septal cartilage also feel very hard and artificial?,,,ㅠㅠ
