After surgery, my nose became upturned. It’s been 18 days since surgery, and if I massage it myself, will it come down? My original nasal tip was very blunt, and my nostrils were not very visible. I think they raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage. If I remove this support strut, will it come down? And when removing it, should the cartilage be left loosened? Is cartilage repositioning absolutely necessary?
