I like a natural-looking nose, and I heard the director performs surgery naturally, so I went for a consultation. The hospital was, how should I put it, hectic. It took about two months just to book the consultation, but the day before the consultation, they suddenly said a surgery schedule had come up and pushed it back another week. When I went for the consultation, while I was filling out the consultation form, I got a call asking why I hadn’t come in, and after I finished filling it out and was waiting, another staff member told me to fill out the consultation form again. It felt like communication wasn’t working well. I also had to wait several days when messaging the consultation manager on KakaoTalkㅠㅠ The director is not exactly the friendly type, as mentioned in reviews. But it was an atmosphere where I could ask everything I wanted to ask. Using costal cartilage felt burdensome, so I wanted to do “silicone replacement, using ear cartilage or septal cartilage.” Because of that, I excluded hospitals that recommended costal cartilage from my surgery candidates unless the consultation was extremely good. However, even though this clinic suggested costal cartilage, I still included it among my final candidates because I was drawn to the surgical method the director uses. They crush the costal cartilage, place it inside fascia, and use that for the nasal bridge. They say there is no warping, the absorption rate is low, and because it is made like Innofit, the shape can be made as desired. I thought maybe that would give the effect of silicone without the side effects, so I was really drawn to it. However, there are almost no reviews, and it seems like they haven’t been performing surgery with this method for very long, so I’m worried.. The price was also really expensive. Also, surgery would only be possible three months later, so I’m worrying about many thingsㅠㅠ
