Facial contouring... I had surgery, but I didn’t... After that....

About 10 years ago, I had facial contouring surgery. I lived without having the screws removed, but the screws started protruding under my jaw. They could be felt when I got massages and it hurt.. The asymmetry also had not been corrected, so I had surgery at 345 to remove the screws and slightly contour my jaw. After the surgery, I opened my eyes and... I wondered what I was hearing, whether it was a dream. They said they tried to remove the screws but couldn’t, so they just closed me up. And they said they did chin liposuction as a service.... I had general anesthesia, and either way, it ended up being a situation where my face was cut open and simply closed again for no useful reason.. They couldn’t do the surgery, but since I had undergone surgery..?? The swelling lasted for a month, and it was so hard.. Currently, I have had the screws removed at a much more specialized hospital. At this hospital, they told me in advance that they needed to ask the hospital where I had surgery 10 years ago what company’s screws were used, and that it would only be possible if I told them. They even borrowed the device for removing screws from that company and performed my surgery. If you’re going to do surgery, shouldn’t this be the obvious thing to do?? It was so hard and I was angry, but.. anyway, the doctor was very apologetic.. They didn’t charge me the hospital fee, and they said they had done chin liposuction for me, so I just... thought that all kinds of things can happen in life.. maybe that could happen too, and let it pass. The reason I’m writing this is because I don’t know if the chin liposuction was done wrong, but there seems to be adhesion? inside, and my double chin has gotten worse. I keep wondering how they did the chin liposuction back then... Ha, I’m so upset.. Even when I’m just sitting still, there is a straight line under my chin. It’s not because I have a lot of chin fat and it’s folding over... It wasn’t there originally... So I went to a hospital specializing in chins, and they said it seems like adhesion from chin liposuction done in the past.. So I thought, have I ever had chin liposuction?.. and then remembered.. Actually, they said they had done chin liposuction for me, but there was no effect at all, so I had thought maybe they just said that because they were sorry, but I guess they really did do something. But I never knew this chin liposuction they did for free would become a problem... Ha..... I’m upset...
