I had silicone, septal cartilage, and tip surgery in 2005. I was young then, so I didn't know how important the septal cartilage was. My nasal bridge keeps dropping lower and lower, and it seems to press on the tip cartilage, so now I have pain. I've heard that if the septal cartilage is harvested, even removing the silicone can cause a saddle nose. Will that be a problem? If I remove the silicone and also the septal and tip cartilage, it feels like everything will go wrong... The hospital where I had the surgery barely even consulted me and just said I could remove it and get filler instead. Other hospitals only keep saying I shouldn't remove it, probably because I'm not a profitable customer. I'm so frustrated I can barely eat, and life doesn't feel like life anymore. Has anyone had the silicone removed and ended up with a sunken nasal bridge?
