I had nose surgery at the end of January. Gore-Tex, septal cartilage, nasal dorsum osteotomy, and I didn’t have a nasal hump.. but I guess I had a bit, so they also shaved the nasal hump.. It has been 7 months since surgery. But if you look at the photo, the area between the eyes looks somehow bulging, rightㅠㅠ? I don’t know if it’s swelling or inflammation.. It’s hard when I touch it. That bulging area between the eyes is itchy, and like how your eye twitches when you’re tired, my nose also twitches like a pulse.. Also, it feels like something is pressing on itㅠㅠ Especially when I sleep late at night, this feeling seems worse. I think it’s been about 2-3 months since I became aware of these symptoms. Maybe I’m just being overly sensitive.. Today even my nasal ala twitchedㅜㅜ
I went to the clinic where I had surgery a month ago, but they only said it was swelling. It’s far to go again and I don’t have time,, I went to a nearby ENT clinic and asked. After looking inside my nose, one place said there was slight inflammation but it was okay, and another hospital said there was no inflammation and it was okay, and if it really itched, to take medicine. So I took medicine last night before sleeping, but I still keep feeling itㅠㅠ I wonder if that protruding area was shaped incorrectly by the doctor when doing surgery.. Whether the sensation in my nose is related to the protruding area.. Is this sensation a signal my body is sendingㅠㅠ Like scar tissue is forming inside..? I’m also scared it might be because contracture is about to happen.. I’m curious why it’s bulging.. and why I’m feeling something in my noseㅠㅠ
Honestly, because of my nose I can’t live normallyㅠㅠ Every day I only search nose-related things and only think about my nose.. I feel so sorry that I can’t even look at my parents’ faces or talk to them
