Before this year ends, for the rhinoplasty surgery I’ve wanted so much, I was looking into several hospitals that perform it safely and naturally, and I went for a consultation at one of them, Jeongseok. The first place I visited for my first rhinoplasty was hard to find reviews for, but it is a one-doctor hospital famous for rhinoplasty complications, nasal reconstruction, and revision surgery, so I ended up visiting. Starting with Jeongseok, I plan to get nose consultations at 2- to 3-week intervals. Since the nose is an area with a lot of revision cases, careful choice is important, and it’s not urgent anyway, so I’m trying to gather as much information as possible and take my time. The doctor’s consultation was detailed: after visiting the hospital, based on photos taken from various angles, they showed me many before-and-after surgical photos from different cases, and finally showed me simulated photos of myself after surgery. I had many questions, but they answered clearly about what I was curious about, and they also examined the thickness of my nasal skin in detail under bright lighting. They explained things in easy terms from the patient’s perspective, and the consultation took about 30 minutes. The cost was 5.3 million won, which seems somewhat expensive. This was a consultation review where I really liked the clean interior, kind staff and doctor, and detailed consultation.
