Overall, the facilities were clean and neat. I had a consultation with Director Lee Jinhwa, and he was very professional and gave off a sense of confidence. He put my photo up on a tablet and explained while drawing on it, and I liked that he clearly explained the surgical direction he had in mind. Even when I asked a lot of questions, he answered thoroughly, but he did seem a bit busy. There was also a bit of a wait for the consultation. However, the consultation with the manager felt like a typical plastic surgery clinic manager consultation. She asked whether I had a budget limit in mind, so I answered honestly, and she really gave me an estimate that matched exactly that limit. If you go for a consultation and the manager asks whether you have an amount in mind, I recommend either not saying it or giving as low a number as possible. The reviews are a bit on the dramatic side, and the director seems to reflect the patient’s desired line as much as possible. However, since there are many patients, it’s unclear how much attention he will be able to give each individual.
