I had fat grafting under my eyes and on my forehead 5-6 years ago, and in the middle of the night I suddenly got emotional again, so while looking up the clinic where I had the surgery, I’m leaving a review. At the time, the director said I didn’t really need anything except my forehead, but seeing me feeling disappointed for no reason, the consultant said, “You could do the under-eye area too?” That consultant said it was an area where fat doesn’t survive well, so even if I did it, it wouldn’t be very noticeable. Now, just thinking about the money I’ve spent trying to restore it because of that, it seems to easily exceed 10 million won haha. I was too young, really too young, and I regret myself so much for doing it impulsively without properly looking into it, while also resenting that consultant so much. First of all, I thought they were just putting a little under my eyes, but what nonsense, they seem to have grafted it all the way toward my cheekbones. As time passed, it sagged like a hook, and the fat survived far too well, so it showed no signs of going away. As soon as I gained a bit of weight, my cheekbones got insanely bigger and heavier. Exactly in a hook shape extending to the cheekbones! If I had known that when I gained weight, the grafted area would also grow along with it, and that the enlarged area wouldn’t easily slim down, I never would have done it. It’s number 1 among the surgeries I regret most in my life, and I’m so, so angry that I wish I could die and turn back time. I looked into removal surgery several times, but because I was told it could get worse, I’ve kept using various procedures to press it down and lift the sagging, but aside from the money, I’m so exhausted and worn out from the ongoing procedures. These days it seems like a lot of people get liposuction, but I do not recommend fat grafting, especially under the eyes. Worst surgery.
