At the time of my first surgery, I didn’t know anything, so I had the surgery with silicone and ear cartilage just as the hospital told me to. There weren’t any major problems after the surgery, but the nose shape didn’t harmonize with my face at all, and I felt like the nasal bridge was low, so I had revision surgery. For the revision, I switched to a slightly higher silicone implant, but after the surgery, it wasn’t my nasal bridge but my glabella that became way too high.. I clearly said I wanted my nasal bridge to be higher, not that I wanted my glabella raised, but the line really looked like an Avatar, with the bridge dropping sharply from the glabella. On top of that, maybe the silicone hadn’t settled properly, but it subtly started looking more and more crooked. After my first surgery, I was only disappointed with the bridge height and didn’t have any major issues, so I just lived with it and eventually had revision surgery. But after the revision, it ended up even more botched.. I wondered if I had always cared this much about people’s gazes, and after being stressed for years, I had a second revision. This time, I looked into the things I hadn’t known about and had missed before. I went for consultations after considering the doctor’s experience, recognition, and design, but since I was searching for well-known places, they said consultations weren’t available right away.. Still, rather than ruining it again, I wanted to have it done somewhere skilled, so I waited.... I had it done by the director at a clinic, and we decided to re-correct the glabella height that had been such severe stress for me, the nasal bridge that looked crooked, and the pinched-looking nasal tip. When I looked at reviews, there were many people whose noses had improved naturally, and they said that if the nasal bridge was done with diced cartilage glue graft, it could create the line I wanted. The cost was high, but after thinking it over, I did it. It’s not that I never considered an implant, but I chose this because I really thought of this as my final surgery and wanted to do it without a prosthetic implant. Honestly, since it was my third surgery, it was expensive wherever I went.. but I don’t regret my choice of materials.. I’m glad the director recommended things well. All the parts I wanted improved were corrected well, and even my nostrils, which had looked slightly uneven and long in an L-shape, changed to a rounder shape, so it’s fascinating.... Is this the difference in skill....??? And since I’ve had only my nose done three times, I was really worried about scar tissue and columellar scarring. As for scar tissue, there’s nothing I can really check yet, so just looking at the visible areas, it doesn’t seem to have formed. The columellar scar also isn’t severe. Instead, I’m continuing to apply ointment morning and eveningㅠ I’ve seen opinions split a lot on whether the rib cartilage harvest site hurts or doesn’t hurt, but for me it was only uncomfortable for about a week, and my nose also hurt less than I expected, so it was bearable. It’s now a little over one month, so moving my philtrum still feels awkward. When my philtrum feels tight or I put a bit of force into my lips, it feels subtly uncomfortable, but it’ll all go back to normal later, right..? In my 20s.. during what should have been my prettiest time, I kept living stressed and depressed because of my nose, and now I’m having surgery again in my 30s. I really hope this was my last surgery..ㅠ
