It feels like I only had surgery recently, but somehow I’m already in my 4th month~ Seeing how fast time passes, I guess that means the surgery is settling in well too, right? At first, I felt a little anxious every time I looked in the mirror because of the swelling and redness, but after one month, then two months, it gradually started looking more natural. Now I’m so used to it that I don’t even really remember what my old nose looked like lol My original nose spread out sideways, and the nasal tip was round and blunt, with a strong bulbous-nose feel. The line wasn’t refined, so when I took photos, the wide impression showed before the bridge of my nose, and that always bothered meㅠ For my first surgery, I honestly decided mostly based on cost, so the result was ambiguous, the silicone was a bit thick, and the line was half-done, so I’d even heard things like, ‘Did you actually get it done?’... That kept bothering me, so I eventually started considering revision surgeryㅠ This time, I went to a lot of consultations with the mindset of really doing my research properly, and when I had a consultation at D-Day Plastic Surgery, the doctor explained things very calmly and realistically, which I really liked! When something was possible, he said it was possible; when it wasn’t, he clearly said it wasn’t, so that actually made me trust him more. His way of speaking was gentle too, so even though I’m not very talkative, it felt like an atmosphere where I could ask everything I was curious about, which was even better haha For the surgery, I had bulbous nose correction, alar reduction, and hump correction together. At first, honestly, I was worried whether it was okay to do all of that at once, but after actually doing it, my nasal tip became much cleaner and the bridge became straighter, so these days people often tell me my facial image looks softer! Before, even when taking selfies, I worried about the angle of my nose first, and my nose bothered me in every photo, but now I like them even when I take them casually, so taking selfies has become much more enjoyable~ Now I feel like I’ve let go of some of the stress about my nose, and I’m looking forward to it because I think it’ll really feel complete once it settles in even more~!
