I had a consultation for revision surgery for a bulbous nose, and in the end I was told that the changes I wanted were things that couldn’t be resolved with surgery, so it would be better not to do it. But the consultation was enough for me to understand and accept that, and the place felt kind and smart, so it was somewhere I could trust.
