The nose shape I saw in reviews was pretty, so I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. Since it was a revision surgery, they recommended donated costal cartilage as the material. But the doctor said it was okay now too and that the shape would not improve greatly, so I chose another clinic.. My friend had it done here, and it turned out glamorous and well.
