It has been 6 years since my second revision rhinoplasty, and my nose seemed to be getting more crooked and upturned, so this year, determined to make this my final revision surgery, I went around to several revision rhinoplasty hospitals. Among them, after hearing Director Kim Hyun-joo’s surgical method and having a detailed consultation, I even booked the surgery right away! For my revision surgery, I received autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone for the nasal bridge, short nose, crooked nose, bulbous nose, and nasolabial angle correction. During my 1st and 2nd surgeries, I had inflammation too, experienced a hematoma as well, and it was so difficult, so during the post-op follow-up, I think I bothered the director and the head manager by asking all kinds of questions, but even so, they responded kindly and reassured me! Right now, at 2-3 weeks post-op, I’m extremely satisfied! I requested a straight-semi-curved line that is almost straight! Because the nose I originally had was low, small, and upturned, and there were limits, I requested a straight line with a bit of an overcorrected feel, and the result seems to have come out as exactly a natural-glamorous straight-semi-curved line haha. I’m so satisfied, and the swelling is going down well, so I’m really looking forward to the 1-month mark haha.
