The consultation manager and the director were all kind, so my first impression was good. The director has a lot of experience and is an otolaryngology specialist, so I got the feeling the surgery would be done safely. During the consultation with the director, they reflected the concerns I had while consulting with me, and clearly explained the parts where there were limitations, so I trusted them.
