I always only lurked, then posted something, but there were no replies so I deleted it ㅜ.ㅜ lol I’m leaving a post again. Will I also be writing a surgery review soon? 12 years ago, I had silicone on the nasal bridge and Gore-Tex on the nasal tip, and because the silicone drooped, causing deformation of the nasal tip, I decided to have it removed. Honestly, I’m sure everyone is like this, but the fear of having to get back on the operating table almost makes your mind go blank. I had a hump, so I heard they shaved it down a bit, but I didn’t hear anything about osteotomy. (I’ve been worrying since coming into this community, wondering if they might have done it...) I’m now looking into hospitals for removal. The place that originally did it said absolutely not, what nonsense, let’s just do a temporary fix and slightly touch only the tip... and one other place said let’s remove it, so now I’m looking into other places. But when I keep calling to make appointments, they say removal is possible, but after seeing me they may recommend revision surgery. Ah... honestly, I’ve firmly made up my mind about the shape. As long as it doesn’t collapse or develop contracture, please, most people empty their minds about it getting lower when removing it, right? Why do most of them recommend revision surgery??? ㅜ.ㅜ Of course, I probably won’t be satisfied aesthetically. Still, if I do revision surgery this time, there’s no guarantee I won’t have another surgery again, and as I get older and time passes, I don’t want to leave any possibility open at all. Starting tomorrow, I’ll be going around for more consultations again. If I have the surgery, I’ll post a review.^^ Those of you who had removal, please give me a sharp word so I don’t get swayed by temptation!!!!
