3 days after nose removal, blood pooling and swelling between the eyebrows

Hello I had nose surgery 4 years ago, and 3 days ago I had all the silicone and septal cartilage removed, and only a little of the ear cartilage at the nasal tip was removed. I didn’t have any side effects, but I disliked how noticeable it looked and I felt a foreign-body sensation, so I had it removed.. When I first woke up from anesthesia and saw it, before the swelling, my nose seemed to have gone back to my old nose, so I liked it. But from that evening, the area between my eyebrows gradually started swelling (of course the nasal tip swelling was expected, so I didn’t worry about that...), and by the morning of the second day, when I touched the glabella area, it felt very swollen and soft/squishy.. Because of disinfection, I went to the hospital yesterday, on the second day, and they said blood had pooled between my eyebrows, so they drew blood out with a syringe from the bridge area, and quite a lot seemed to come outㅠ It didn’t hurt... Someone said before that postoperative blood pooling can cause inflammation. Could this possibly go wrong and lead to contracture? I’m so worried I can’t sleepㅠㅠㅠ Has anyone had a lot of soft/squishy swelling between the eyebrows after removal like me and experienced blood pooling? Are there people whose blood pooling gradually improved over time? Since blood has pooled, I don’t know whether I should use an ice pack now or use a warm compress to help blood circulation.. I think it might be because I didn’t have taping.. If anyone knows, please answerㅜ
