There is an effect, but it seems to come back if you gain weight. When I got it consistently at first, there was definitely an effect. But if the doctor wasn't available, the doctor changed. Rather than changing dramatically, it changes little by little, so people say things like, "You lost weight" or "You've gotten prettier." Your face doesn't become completely different like with plastic surgery. Still, there is an effect.
