It has been exactly 2 years since I had hump-nose surgery without an implant (ear cartilage, septal cartilage). I still haven’t had any side effects at all, and the shape is the same without drooping or lowering. I definitely wanted it to look natural, so I asked for the nasal tip to be rounded. I really like my side profile, and I’m happy because my slightly bulbous nose and crooked nose were both corrected (they said they straightened my septum as a service(?)). After surgery, I heard a lot that my side profile looks pretty! But although my columella was already quite droopy originally, I wanted a slightly protruding columella, so I requested that. There’s no difference in my columella compared with before surgery, so I regret that.. I think there was a communication error, but don’t just request it verbally. Make sure to bring photos and show themㅠㅠ Oh, and during the consultation they said my nose would move naturally, so I wondered if I’d be able to make a pig nose too, but my nasal tip doesn’t press down as much as I expected, so that is a bit disappointing (it may be my fault for not looking into things well because I had surgery at the first hospital I consulted) Somehow I ended up writing more about the downsides, but I’m very satisfied
