It has been exactly 2 years since I had hump nose surgery with no implant (ear cartilage, septum). I still haven’t had any side effects, and the shape is still the same with no drooping or lowering. I absolutely wanted it to look unnoticeable, so I requested a rounded nasal tip. I really like the side profile, and I’m happy because my slightly bulbous nose and deviated nose were both corrected (they said they straightened the septum as a service(?)). But although my columella was originally quite droopy, I wanted a slightly protruding columella as my preferred look and requested that, but there’s no difference in the columella compared with before surgery, so I regret that.. I think it was a communication error, but don’t just request it verbally; make sure to bring photos and show themㅠㅠ Oh, and during the consultation they said my nose would move naturally, so I wondered if I’d be able to make a pig nose too, but the nasal tip doesn’t press down as much as I expected, so that’s a bit disappointing (it was the first hospital I consulted at and the one I had surgery at, so it might be my fault for not looking into it well enough). Somehow I ended up writing more about the negatives, but I’m very satisfied.
