I had my nose done with ear cartilage + septal cartilage about 7 or 8 years ago, and after that it kept getting lower, I developed a step-off at the nasal tip + show-through, and it stressed me out so much that I decided on revision surgery. Looking at my before photos, it had collapsed quite a lot, to the point where I wondered if I had really even had rhinoplasty. Back then too, my nose was small and my skin was thin, so 3 mm was the maximum.. This time as well, the doctor told me not to get greedy. I wanted it higher and more dramatic, but the director said that greed and excessive desire absolutely do not lead to good results, and that he would make the height and nasal tip as pretty and well-suited as possible for my own nose lol I used silicone and donated costal cartilage, and the director’s aesthetic sense was insane. I should’ve done my nose sooner.. With noses, you can really end up going through second, third, even fourth surgeries, so I spent years researching online and going to consultations, and went to a place that reflected my needs as much as possible + had aesthetic sense + lots of revision experience. First of all, the result is that I didn’t bruise, there wasn’t much swelling, and I liked that they didn’t use nasal packing lol. Less swelling and bruising seems the best. I was scared it would drop once the swelling went down, but it hasn’t dropped at all yet. When I laugh, I hold my nose while laughing haha.. Only my nose changed, but I look like a totally different person. Thank you, doctor, for real.. Personally, I think it turned out so well, and the doctor considers the nasal tip and nasolabial angle important, yep. @For reference, if I’m a broker, then I’ll take the side effects of plastic surgery, sorry
