When I looked up reviews, I really liked the nose shape, but I wanted to use only septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They recommended donated costal cartilage to prevent the nose from dropping later. They said if I don't want it, they will try not to use it as much as possible, but after opening the nose, if donated costal cartilage is needed, they will use donated costal cartilage. This bothers me the most Instead, they said to leave a bit of the hump and shave it naturally. When I looked up reviews, I occasionally saw talk about inflammation, so I'm debating.
