The director was very kind, and the explanation was detailed. Maybe because he definitely has experience, he seemed confident too, which was good. But although CT wasn’t necessary, they didn’t even take photos of my face, and just explained while drawing on paper, so that was a bit disappointing. I couldn’t really get a sense of how high it would be.. The consultant was ... hmm... it’s not about whether she was kind or not, she just looked like she didn’t want to work. She only talked about the price, and for everything else, she only answered when I asked questions..
