First of all, the consultation manager and the staff member who takes the photos are not exactly friendly. When you give them a certain amount of information, rather than consulting with you based on that, they just talk about the basics and ask if you have any questions. It felt like I needed to finish the consultation quickly. Also, I was only going to have a consultation without taking a CT scan, but they said that wasn't possible, so I had no choice but to take one, yet they didn't even look at it during the consultation.
