Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m finally getting it removed in two days ㅠㅠ And a consultation about shaving down the hump

I’m 5 months post-op- I had a very slight hump shaved down (actually, I absolutely did not have a hooked nose ㅠㅠ) I had an ear cartilage support graft at the nasal tip and had the tip raised with ear cartilage..   But since they shaved the nasal bridge and didn’t put in silicone, it somehow looks flat ㅠㅠ And my nose got longer .......sigh   Originally I had a nasal bridge and a slightly round nasal tip..   Anyway, even with time passing, I still don’t like it, and I don’t think it’s normal to live looking only at my nose every day, so I decided to have it removed.   Originally I was going to have it removed at the hospital where I had it done, but I really have to do it during this Lunar New Year holiday and the schedule didn’t work out, so I’m doing it at another hospital- The goal is complete removal, but they said that after opening the nose, if the situation isn’t favorable, they may leave part of the ear cartilage in place..   While removing the ear cartilage there, the hump area on both sides of the nasal bridge was shaved down slightly insufficiently.. The doctor said he would touch it up a little.. (This hospital is run by an acquaintance’s uncle-in-law, so it is a hospital I can trust..) For now I said okay, but when I look under the light, the tiny area that wasn’t shaved enough does bother me too...   Should I just leave that alone and only have the removal done.. Or since they’re opening the nose anyway, should I have the bothersome part touched up... I’m really torn ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Even though I decided on removal, human greed is something else.. sigh   It’s in two days, so I’m so worried and conflicted ㅠㅠㅠ Could someone please give me some advice~~~~~~~~~~!!
