When the consultant seems not to know well,,,

No, in my case, I don’t have enough extra skin and it needs to be lowered a lot, so I think the director said I need a two-line technique. With the two-line technique, there’s no skin excision, so you just live with two incision lines as they are...?? But after the director’s consultation, when I talked with the consultant, that consultant said that when doing revision surgery with incision, cutting out the existing scar together is the two-line technique...?? I couldn’t understand, so I asked, then why is that called a two-line technique, wouldn’t only one scar remain? Then she said it’s called the two-line technique because they make a new incision line below the existing incision line and operate, but in reality they also cut out the existing incision line too ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Even when the director and I were talking, the director had told me that if there is enough skin laxity and they cut it out like that, that is not the two-line technique,, No, seriously, I really can’t understand how the assigned consultant can not know this,,, Can the consultant be changed,,, Everyone, what do you think??? Can cutting out the existing incision line together like that also be considered the two-line technique???;;;
