I had a septal support strut, 2 mm silicone extending to the nasal tip, and septal cartilage at the nasal tip. Because my nose became longer like a droopy nose, I wanted to remove all three, but the hospital said if the support strut is removed, it will collapse.... ha I had the silicone and nasal-tip septal cartilage removed through a closed approach. Still, because of the support strut, I feel like there won’t be any difference in how long my nose looks from the frontㅜㅜ Later, after completing 6 months, I’m going to remove even the support strut at another hospital.... I couldn’t take out the support strut, so I’m heartbroken because I feel like my impression will stay the same...ㅜ Still, if the nasal bridge has already gotten lower, my impression will look a bit softer, right...?
