The protruding fat under the eyes is repositioned, and the insufficient volume is restored with a dermal graft. It was theoretically the surgical method I was most drawn to, so I went to check it out. However, I could not hear a detailed explanation of the surgical method. They did not explain it, with an attitude suggesting I would not understand even if they explained it in detail. That was the overall atmosphere of the consultation. There was a nuance that the surgical method could change while opening the surgical area and going in to see. I gave up because the doctor's authoritarian attitude and the uncertainty of the surgical method felt very significant.
