1. After getting rhinoplasty at a one-doctor clinic in Daegu famous for noses, my nose became a completely masculine, huge nose, and I suffered because the columella actually curled inward. 2. After removal at Sㅇ in Nonhyeon, Gangnam, which is famous for removal, when seen from below the columella should have been straight like an L shape, but it was bent in a C shape; from the front, the alar area around the columella should have been U-shaped, but it looked like |/. One-sided nasal obstruction was also severe. The hump was not corrected at all, so from the front the nasal bridge looked like a rhombus. The scarring was also severe. The nasal tip gradually got lower. Even so, the stress from having a masculine nose with silicone was greater, and because my overall impression had returned to my original small, round nose, I deliberately ignored the flaws and lived with them. Then what I thought was scar tissue on the columella gradually started protruding and itching. Even when my child looked at my nose from below, I would cover it with my hand, and when I went for a massage, I would tilt my head down at an angle because I was afraid they might see my columella. The mental stress became so great that I thought, ah, I really didn’t want to have surgery, but now it’s time. 3. What I thought was scar tissue was actually the alar cartilage protruding because it had been damaged, and that was why the columella was bent in a C shape. ㅜㅜ He said he would build support using ear cartilage by overlapping the alar cartilage like a sandwich, and showed me photos of cases similar to mine. I had asked several questions through the blog and went there with my mind almost made up, so I chose this place. I liked the surgical result. It was good that the doctor disinfected and explained everything at every follow-up visit. I’m satisfied because the messy columella with scarring now only has some pigmentation around the incision line. When I went to an ENT clinic, they said my columella was too thin, so it had been a complex for me ㅠ After removal, the thin, weak, downward-pressed C-shaped columella became straight with a normal thickness, so I’m satisfied. The hump was also trimmed well, so I’m satisfied that it no longer sticks out sharply from the side and has become smooth. On top of that, these days a short, thick nasal bridge looks younger than a thin nasal bridge and also helps improve the midface length, so I’m satisfied! Strangely, my nasal obstruction also improved a lot. Actually, before surgery, I didn’t mention that I had nasal obstruction because I worried they might later blame me if my nose became more blocked. But the nasal obstruction improved to a surprising degree, and I don’t have to lie only on one side anymore, so I’m happy even when sleeping. There are posts saying the facilities aren’t great, but it’s just not a flashy, sparkling, latest-style interior. Once you go inside, the interior is very clean and neat. I don’t think you need to worry about the facilities hehe Every hospital has satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and I also chose this place after seeing many comments saying they developed a lot of scar tissue here and many posts talking about aesthetics and so on. But I truly recommend it for people who want their original natural nose, and people who only want improvement of external side effects caused by previous surgery on a natural nose. If you want too big an improvement while having removal or revision surgery for a botched nose, you can end up getting side effects instead. I only asked for improvement of the bad areas that were really bothering me, and maybe because I did it at a hospital mainly visited by people like me who had failed surgeries(?), I’m satisfied because I feel it turned out stably and well. Since it’s ear cartilage, I don’t know what will happen in the future, but even if a problem occurs later, if I entrust it to this place, compared with the hospitals where I had surgery before that acted like they didn’t know me after surgery and shifted responsibility, this place seems conscientious and listens well to patients.

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
