I saw before-and-after photos of cases without implants and went in for a consultation. The director conducted the consultation calmly, and I had two consultations before and after with the consultant as well. The consultant was kind, and both of them seemed to have long careers. The director said my nose would likely show good results, so I had a strange feeling that was half happy and half sad lol. I was glad when they said my case could be done without implants, and it was helpful that they explained the pros and cons of a no-implant approach in detail. A tip for going to a consultation: it would be good to bring photos of the nose shape/design you want and a list of questions.
