Originally, my nasal tip was much more of a concern for me than my nasal bridge. Especially from the front, my nasal tip looked kind of wide, and it really stressed me outㅠ Rather than my bridge, my nasal tip looked blunt and spread out, so I really wanted to correct it naturally without an implant. I also have rhinitis, so I was thinking I should get that treated at the same time as my nose surgery. After consultations at several places, I chose a place I felt was good for both cosmetic and functional nasal surgery, and while getting cosmetic rhinoplasty, I got surgery for a deviated septum and rhinitis all at once lol Since I didn’t want an implant, I had implant-free surgery, and because I wanted it to be as natural as possible, I emphasized “a natural look that doesn’t look obvious.” Overall, I think the surgery turned out just right lol But after getting rhinitis surgery, breathing really became so much easier lollll All the stuffiness and blocked-up discomfort from before disappeared... this is seriously such a win lol And the thing I cared about most, that wide-looking feeling from the front? That was reduced a lot, so it looks really clean now. The side line also came out naturally, so it’s not too much and feels just right. Because it was implant-free, I feel more at ease, and the swelling went down faster than I expected, so I returned to daily life quickly too. Honestly, now people around me often say things like, “It seems like something changed, but you got prettier in a way that doesn’t look obvious” lol For people like me who want a natural result focused mainly on the nasal tip, I would really recommend implant-free surgery! I honestly love how it turned out this time and I’m satisfied hehe
