6-Month Review of Revision Rhinoplasty With Autologous Dermis

<Photo after silicone removal><6 months><6 months>I’m leaving a review now that it has been 6 months since my revision rhinoplasty with autologous dermis~ Originally, I had rhinoplasty with silicone, but about 1 year after the surgery, it suddenly started swelling ㅠ Since I had undergone several surgeries, I guess inflammation developed, so I urgently had only the silicone removed with a closed approach at the hospital where I had the silicone implant done. But after removing only the silicone, there was a step-off with the autologous costal cartilage at the nasal tip, and it really stressed me out. My skin is thin, so I thought anything else I put in would show through, and the silicone had shown through a lot too.. The hospital where I had it done suggested putting in donated dermis, but when I searched, I found that donated dermis is not my own tissue, so rarely, it can cause a foreign-body reaction like silicone.. So I chose autologous dermis. Does it look like it was naturally raised? At first it was very high and looked awkward, but now I think it has become natural. Since the autologous costal cartilage remains at the nasal tip, it is a bit high, but I like it now! For anyone who, like me, has only had the nasal bridge implant removed, I recommend autologous dermis.
