Cases of complete removal including the septal cartilage after more than a year are rare, and especially because my septum had been touched, I was very worried about removal. Most of all, it was during the semester (I had surgery on Wednesday evening during midterms and went to school the following Monday ㅜ), so I was really worried that if contracture came in a rare case, I’d truly have to take a leave of absence from school.
At the time I had the surgery, for that whole year, I really never looked in the mirror and thought I had become prettier. Even after the surgery, I really didn’t think I had become prettier ㅡㅡ What a waste of money. I should have used that money for skin treatments. My nose had been pretty.
The post-op shape is... maybe because they also undid the cartilage tying, it has gone back. But sometimes I think it looks worse than before, and sometimes it looks prettier;; My pores got really, really bad because of the taping... Because of all the emotional stress, the cheek fat also completely disappeared over the past year ㅜ lol
I lost a lot because of plastic surgery.
I really worried a lot too, but thankfully I didn’t develop contracture, and other than it becoming a little hard, I think my worries about contracture will disappear now...
Oh, and I didn’t get cartilage repositioning, but I don’t know why that’s necessary ;;
