5-Month Review of Partial Incision + Buried Suture Method (Before-and-After Photos Included)

I had surgery on January 26, 2011. My eyes are already elongated horizontally, so I didn’t need epicanthoplasty or lateral canthoplasty, but I had a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, so they removed fat through a partial incision and did the buried suture method~~ I had never had surgery in my life, so I was really, really nervous, and then the anesthetic injection went right into my eye area... whew... it was really scary ㅠㅠ It hurt too... the needle goes straight into the upper eyelid.. Anyway, after staying like that for 10 minutes, my eyes felt so heavy that I absolutely couldn’t open them. Then the surgery started! I could hear all the snipping sounds from the scissors, and there was also the smell of fat being cauterized. When they were suturing, my upper eyelid kind of trembled and was pulled upward with it, so I was a bit shocked ㅠㅠ Also, during surgery the anesthesia kept wearing off little by little, so it hurt like my eye was going to pop out, and they kept adding small amounts of anesthetic injection. For reducing swelling, I didn’t really drink anything like pumpkin juice, and I did ice packs more than twice a day. I usually sleep really roughly, but when sleeping I put a big pillow behind me and slept almost sitting up like that for several weeks. I had the stitches removed after 3 days, and it didn’t hurt at all, and I didn’t even feel anything ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Now it’s been a little over 5 months, and everyone says it looks natural and turned out well~! I’m satisfied too^^ But now I want to get my nose done..ㅠㅠㅠ
