Inflammation after breast surgery at a famous large hospital

From weeks 2-3, the wound area opened up and discharge came out, so I contacted the hospital. They just kept saying it was early on, so it was okay,, Around week 3, inflammation started, but the hospital side pulled the line that the area with discharge was just being pressed down. And no matter how asymmetric it was, they put implants with a difference of over 100 cc, 345/430, it makes no sense. But the inflamed side was the side with the smaller implant. The side with the larger implant looked smaller. This was already strange. Anyway, ultrasound showed nothing abnormal, and I was prescribed only antibiotic pills and went home. The day the inflammation started, it hurt so much that I told the clinic manager. What she said was, “It hasn’t even been a month yet.” I called the emergency number, only mentioned high fever and swelling, and hung up. I even sent photos to the manager. She said she would reply, then disappeared. That day I had a high fever of 40 degrees, couldn’t move my upper body, and it hurt every time I breathed. I thought I was going to die like this. I just tried to survive on willpower, took a bus to Seoul at 6 a.m., and arrived at the hospital crying.   What the director said was that the implants had to be removed immediately. When I asked if only irrigation was possible, he said they would have to open it once and see, or since only one side was inflamed, how about removing only one side,,, he was saying this. So I cried, got an IV, had surgery, and came out. My vital signs were too low, and I had to be admitted. I also had to suddenly take time off work. But does this hospital, including the nurses, basically have no common sense? They told me to go wash in a sauna just 1 day after surgery. ,, I just thought I should go home, and said I was going home. Then they set a follow-up date. On 5/6, at the 1-week follow-up, my armpit area hurt again that day. I asked because the inflamed breast area hurt, and they said, “If you’re that worried, let’s do a blood test ” Like this. The blood test was normal. As for care, they told me to do hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but I didn’t really want to. My body felt off, but I endured it and took the bus, and that day I had a slight low-grade fever and my chest hurt a little. On 5/7, while working that day, it hurt so much I could barely breathe. I went to a nearby plastic surgery clinic and had an ultrasound, and they said fluid had accumulated at the surgical site. And they said I should get an antibiotic injection. I called the manager right away, and she said she was in a consultation and hung up,, Then after talking about this and that, when I asked, “What are you going to do about this?” she said, “Antibiotics aren’t mandatory, and since the director said you were fine, he didn’t give the order.” Her way of speaking was so rude,., unbelievable. So at the end, when I said I wanted a refund, her voice changed even more, and she said she would tell them and contact me, then hung up. Is this right? I keep holding it in I guess this is why people should filter out large hospitals.
