I was debating between autologous costal cartilage and donated rib cartilage, and for now I’m leaning toward autologous costal cartilage, but I think I’ll have to decide for sure when I go for the consultation;; I couldn’t decide, but donated rib cartilage feels a bit off-putting because it’s someone else’s It’s not my first surgery either, it’s my second surgery, so I think it’d be better to go with the safest option as much as possible..^^ Looking at reviews of Director Lee Kyung-muk at Objet, there seem to be many people getting revision surgery because their nasal tip dropped like mine, so I’m going to ask them to show me lots of cases similar to mine What material did everyone use, and did the revision surgery succeed

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 What should I do about this?
It’s exactly been one week today since I had functional rhinoplasty. My nose was originally very small and low, so I wasn’t expecting it to be raised dramatically. Even though they used 5 mm of autologous costal cartilage to raise the…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 I'm on my way home after surgery with costal cartilage
I thought the area where they harvested the costal cartilage would hurt a lot, but maybe because of the anesthesia, it doesn't hurt at all, so even though I'm from out of town, I'm heading home lol My nose actually hurts more Since this…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 Lately, at first I wondered if noses these days were too dramatic

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 I ended up deciding to get a revision rhinoplasty consultation on a weekday
Honestly, going on the weekend would be best because I wouldn't have to use annual leave, but I heard 431, JYT, and FNS are all hospitals a lot of people go to for nose surgery. If there are too many people, I feel like it would drain my…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 Is autologous costal cartilage the best option if the nasal tip won’t drop?
I had surgery accepting that the nasal tip would drop a bit, but it dropped much more than I expected, so my nose is worse than if I hadn’t had surgery. If your nose drops a lot like mine, is it right to have the surgery with something…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 7 Reverse rotation surgery using nasal cartilage
Has anyone here corrected an upturned nose with this?? I was recommended this at a consultation, and I'm curious what it's like I'm considering revision surgery for a small, upturned nose, and they said I only need ear cartilage and don't…
