Please do it at another clinicㅜㅜ 1. Nose became wider (nasal base became wider) 2. Midface and nose became longer (nasal alar drooping) 3. The nasolabial support tissue disappeared (mine became completely sunken, so I had a dermal graft at another place). People say that if the nose is lifted upward, the nostrils show a lot and it looks long, right? In this case, because the nasolabial support tissue becomes sunken, it gets longer downward, and it looks really strange. And because it can’t support nasal discharge, my runny nose just drips continuously. 4. Structurally, after the reduction, only the outer sides droop, so the nasal alae droop, and only the center of the lip is lifted, making a triangular lip, penguin lip, strange, and ha.. I can’t close my mouth. It looks like a retriever and is really strange. 5. Since the outer sides droop and stretch just like at first, honestly there is no effect either. The columella side is fixed and does not droop. Only the center is lifted, and they made the incision all the way to the sides, to the point that people misunderstand and ask whether I had alar reduction. Doctors at other clinics are surprised when they see it.. I still have depressed scars, keloids, and raised scars. My face was ruined by just one philtrum reduction.. I really want to go back. 4 mm.? Honestly, it wasn’t even reduced that much, but this still happened… You really must not have surgery with the method used 1-2 years ago. Honestly, it’s better not to do philtrum reduction itself.
