Could problems happen someday? Even though I’ve had my nose done twice, with rhinoplasty, it feels like a lot of long-term shape changes or functional problems occur. If I do the whole nose with autologous costal cartilage, even if it’s fine for 1-2 years, in the long term, unexpected situations might happen, like the nasal bridge becoming crooked, or if autologous costal cartilage particles are shaved down and inserted, it becoming bumpy. What do you think???
