I had revision rhinoplasty here for functional rhinitis using autologous costal cartilage and silicone. It didn’t come out as the straight line I wanted, and instead became feminine with more of a straight-to-slightly-curved feel, but at the time that straight-to-slightly-curved look was actually trendy, so it was okay haha I still don’t feel like the nasal tip has come down either. They made it more natural than I expected, so I keep getting the urge to have another revision, but other than one nostril feeling a bit uncomfortable, maybe because I also had functional surgery and the inside regenerated in a way that feels like stenosis, externally it’s really fine.
