Because of cartilage show-through, I made a big decision, came to Korea, and had surgery to remove the cartilage. It has now been two months, and the depression looks this noticeable. I heard that Seo Sang-woo specializes in nose implant removal, so I trusted him and went ahead with it. After the surgery, he said he had removed a lot of scar tissue, but when I actually touch the inside, there is less tissue on the inner side of the right nostril area, like an ulcer shape.. The consultant said that if it does not improve, I should pay extra and have dermis inserted, so I asked the doctor whether treatment could be done free of charge if it did not get better. He told me to wait and see, and if it still does not improve, to get filler. He says it is not generally visible, and also that it does not look severe..?! I told them I do not want to get filler in my nose because of the risk of blindness or necrosis, and it has already been a week since I asked whether he could treat it with autologous dermis after 6 months. The consultant is no longer answering my questions either.. and I cannot get through by phone. Since I am abroad, I cannot immediately get a consultation somewhere else. Every day I just wait for a reply. I tried to fix the cartilage show-through, but ended up with a large depression, and mentally I am becoming completely worn down.
