Silicone + septal cartilage nasal tip, week 2. Please look at my conditionㅠ Photos included

Hello I was supposed to get silicone + septal cartilage, but during surgery, maybe there wasn't enough cartilage, so ear cartilage was also used additionally. Looking at the first photo, I really like the front view and the slightly side view(?) where both eyes are visible!!! Especially the front view is my favorite ... But .. the more I turn my head to the side, the nasal tip looks very long... Like the red circle in the photo, it feels like the nasal tip was extended too long and too much cartilage was inserted... The second photo is a full side view, and the columella and nasal tip look disconnected! I told them beforehand that I didn't want a ski-slope nose ..ㅠ It looks like it dips slightly from the end of the columella and then cartilage was thrown into the nasal tip?? The nasal tip is long and pointy too.... In real life, it looks a bit like an old witch .. strange ㅠ The side line isn't pretty and it bends ㅠ The nasal tip... could this be swelling?? Will it shrink over time?? It's only week 2, so it's completely hard. I feel like they made the nasal tip too long ㅠㅠ Compared with the low-looking nasal bridge, the elongated nasal tip looks unnatural. I want to remove just a little cartilage.................ㅠ Will the nasal tip shrink because this is swelling? ㅠ Or... since it's cartilage, will the nasal tip length stay like this... I mean the length on the side where cartilage was put into the nasal tip ~ I feel like too much cartilage was put into the nasal tip ㅠ The more I look at it, the more fascinating but strange it is. From the front and at a 45-degree angle, the line is really pretty and straight, but the side line looks strange, like it's a different person ... Should I be satisfied with this ..ㅠ I made the photo from my email in Paint, so it looks crude ........... Anyone who had septal cartilage, please give me advice ㅠ
