It’s my first surgery, but silicone + ear cartilage + autologous costal cartilage is 7 million won... is that right? My nose is on the smaller side too and I’m not even raising it that much,, I guess that may not matter though.. It feels like such a burden. It’s way more expensive than I expected... But the clinic is that well-known as a plastic surgery clinic that only does noses and does them well, and there’s only one director.. Should I really go with this place, determined to get it done in one go??
