Deciding on revision surgery after 8 years

It has been 8 years since I had surgery to slightly refine my hump, raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage, and suture the cartilage together. By the second year, that pretty shape gradually disappeared, the hump became worse, and the nasal tip drooped ㅠ As I just lived with it, it got even worse. I’ve decided to have revision surgery. Every clinic says the hump refinement was not done properly, that only the bone was shaved and the cartilage part was not removed.

But one place said we should refine the hump and cover it with silicone, and the place where I had my first surgery says we should shave only the under-resected part and correct the nasal tip again. Where on earth should I go? Do I really have to use silicone, or would it be better to just shave it down?
